Fahey O’Riordan is a new innovative consultancy practice providing a full range of consultancy services in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Energy Services and M&E Project Management Services to Architects, Developers, Public and Private Clients, Main Contractors and Design and Build Contractors. We provide our services in a client focused, progressive and forward thinking manner. We operate to the Engineers Ireland ethical code of practice and our advice is totally independent and impartial with the primary aim of delivering enhanced overall project value.

Our wide ranging experience includes projects in the Commercial, Retail, Hotel, Leisure, Energy, Industrial, Heritage & Refurbishment, Healthcare, Education, and Residential sectors for both Public and Private Clients.

Our services cover all aspects of projects from inception through to feasibility stage, project planning through to detailed design, preparation of detailed tender documents, tender assessment, technical and financial control of projects and site supervision through to completion and handover.

Each project is headed up by a company principal with extensive  experience in building services design and this wealth of engineering experience is brought to bear on every project we undertake. Our complimentary skills and expertise provide each client with a unique solution, tailored to meet the specific needs of their project. We specialise in delivery of energy efficient building services solutions based on application of proven sustainable technologies for both new build and refurbishment projects
